Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the Arc app → Settings → Account → Delete account. This is irreversible: your account, all entries, all media, your pattern library, and your subscription are all wiped within seconds. There's no undo and no cooling-off period.

Can I export my data?

Yes — Arc has an Export screen with multiple formats. CSV is free. The Pattern Evidence PDF and Case File XLSX (lawyer-ready exports) require Arc Premium.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

Your account stays. Premium features turn off at the end of your current billing period. Free-tier capture and reflection keep working. Your existing data is unaffected.

Is Arc safe to use during a custody dispute?

Arc is designed to help you keep careful records, but it isn't legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting an attorney about how to use any documentation in your jurisdiction. Arc's exports are tools, not legal opinions.

Does Arc share my data with anyone?

No. We don't sell data or share it for advertising. The only third parties involved are infrastructure providers we need to run the service: Supabase (database/auth/storage), Anthropic (AI processing, only when you trigger an AI feature, with no training on your data), and Stripe (subscription billing).

Why is the publisher 'Signal Twelve LLC' instead of 'Arc'?

Signal Twelve LLC is the company that publishes Arc (and our other apps). The App Store shows the legal publisher in the small print; the app name and icon are still Arc.
